  • Individual psychotherapy
I offer individual psychotherapy for adolescents aged 15 and over, and adults. A therapy session lasts 50 minutes and costs €90.
  • Online therapy
Online therapy is available via Psido's data protection-compliant, end-to-end encrypted video call service. You will receive a secure link and can participate directly in your browser. An online session lasts 50 minutes and costs €90.
  • Home visits
If an appointment at the practice is temporarily or permanently not feasible, I also offer home visits by individual arrangement. We will discuss beforehand whether a home visit is therapeutically appropriate and logistically possible. Any travel expenses will also be agreed upon in advance.
  • Group therapy
Gruppentherapie ist auf Anfrage möglich. Besondere Erfahrung habe ich mit sozialem Kompetenztraining. In einer solchen Gruppe können soziale Situationen gemeinsam reflektiert und neue Verhaltensweisen in einem geschützten Rahmen praktisch erprobt werden – etwa Gespräche zu beginnen, eigene Bedürfnisse auszudrücken, Grenzen zu setzen, mit Kritik umzugehen oder Konflikte konstruktiv anzusprechen.
Darüber hinaus sind Gruppentherapieangebote zu weiteren Themen möglich. Thema, Gruppengröße, Termine und Kosten richten sich nach dem jeweiligen Angebot und werden vor Beginn transparent bekanntgegeben.
  • Case reflection for psychosocial professionals and teams
Ich biete strukturierte Fallreflexion für Fachkräfte und Teams aus psychosozialen, sozialpädagogischen,psychiatrischen, pflegerischen und verwandten Arbeitsfeldern an. Sie schafft Raum, komplexe Situationen zu ordnen, unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammenzuführen und konkrete Handlungsmöglichkeiten für die weitere Begleitung zu entwickeln
Im Mittelpunkt steht ein gemeinsames verhaltenstherapeutisches Fallverstehen: Welche Verhaltensweisen, Emotionen, Beziehungserfahrungen und Umweltbedingungen wirken zusammen? Welche Muster halten die Schwierigkeit möglicherweise aufrecht? Welche Ressourcen, Bedürfnisse und Entwicklungsziele können für die weitere Arbeit genutzt werden?
  • Dynamic network analysis
Als eine Methode der Fallreflexion nutze ich die dynamische Netzwerkanalyse. Dabei werden relevante Faktoren eines Falles – beispielsweise Gedanken, Gefühle, körperliche Reaktionen, Verhaltensweisen, Beziehungen, Belastungen und Ressourcen im Umfeld – gemeinsam als Netzwerk dargestellt. Im Unterschied zu einer linearen Ursache-Wirkungs-Erklärung macht diese Darstellung sichtbar, wie verschiedene Faktoren einander wechselseitig beeinflussen.
So können zentrale Knotenpunkte, Rückkopplungsschleifen und stabilisierende oder belastende Dynamiken erkannt werden. Auf dieser Grundlage entwickeln wir überprüfbare Arbeitshypothesen und suchen nach Ansatzpunkten, an denen kleine Veränderungen eine größere Wirkung im gesamten Netzwerk entfalten können. Die Darstellung bleibt eine gemeinsame, veränderbare Arbeitsgrundlage und wird bei neuen Informationen angepasst.

  • Cost
Individual psychotherapy: 90 € per unit of 50 minutes
As a psychotherapist in specialist training under supervision, I am currently unable to bill statutory health insurance companies. Therefore, the costs must be borne privately. If you have private supplemental insurance, please inquire directly with your insurance company about possible coverage.
  • Cancellation policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. A free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the appointment. For cancellations made later or in case of no-show, the agreed fee will be charged.

As a psychotherapist in specialist training under supervision, I am bound by legal confidentiality. Session content is treated confidentially. The accompanying supervision serves to ensure quality; cases are discussed in a way that protects your identity.
  • Framework and costs

Individual case reflection: 50 minutes €110 – bookable by individuals or organizations.

Case studies for teams: 90 minutes, €110 – for organizations

For more complex issues or a larger group of participants, additional or longer sessions can be arranged. In this case, the framework and fees will be agreed upon transparently in advance.

Yes, I have particular experience with social skills training, which I can offer as group therapy. Groups on other topics are also possible. Information regarding the topic, start date, duration, group size, and costs will be provided with each individual offer.
